Will FormsWhat are the tax forms will be my husband and I need to file?

My husband and I are going to get money back this year and I was planning to pick up tax forms library. We do not own our own home or have children, what form should I take? Thank you in advance for any helpful advice!

Get a 1040. You will probably take standard deduction and you will not have to file schedules, unless you have considerable interest, dividends, business owner, rental property, etc.

You'll need at least one Form 1040 and instruction book for him. You probably want to take a schedule A if you have enough deductions to enumerate. Remember to any format your state uses too.

You must download 1040 - EZ IRS

You can probably file the Form 1040-EZ. Otherwise, use the 1040-A.

1040 ez form online or do tax free

If all your income from a combination of W-2, interest and a model of unemployment, and you are not eligible for credits, you can use a form 1040EZ.
