Where can I get free forms & last will? I need a will drawn up because I discovered the hard way when my parents died without a will, how a family can turn and how they can be greedy. Thank you.
google forms and your state should allow you some things. office supply stores are also kits you can buy for fairly cheap.
That being said ... I work for a lawyer who does a lot of questions of succession, and I can tell you that these "DIY" wills are often very easily contested.
If you want real peace of mind, I would suggest to consult a lawyer and he is done correctly. Call around, you should find one that will do it for $ 125.00 or more. They will ensure that everything is executed correctly, that the right amount of cookies are there, and ask you some questions to understand what you sign, which prevent people from making claims that you did know or understand what you have signed.

has everything, check with your probateclerk to ensure that your condition does not require atty to a tie and any specific requirements to maximize use it CLO
Jump to an independent paralegal company and making it happen. It is much cheaper than a lawyer, but much better than simply fill a form that may not be applicable in your state.
It is very cheap.
I did a google search and a lot has been raised. A couple of sites asked the state where you live. Just ask Google. Good luck.
you must obtain a randomly selected either by the bank or a lawyer or will not vaided I would call a lawyer and go that route
The best place on the Internet?
