Utah Dmv Bill Of Sale

Posted on August 19, 2010.
Utah Dmv Bill Of SaleHow to transfer a car title?

My title is a car title in Utah and one of my friends in North Carolina is like trying to buy my car, I'm in Colorado right now and I'm allowing my husband and sister-in-law dealing with this issue for me.
My title does not require it to be notarized and has no space for it to be notarized, but because of this title is not the power should be transferred. This seems very fishy to me, but could I have the deed of sale and be sufficient to successfully transfer the property and reduce complications to the DMV and all that needs to be done.
This seems very fishy to me

Some states do not require authentication on their titles and they have space for it - Pennsylvania is one example. However, some states do not require it. If North Carolina is a state that requires authentication on the title, they are more likely to accept a notarized bill of sale instead of a public officer on the title itself, but I call them just to sure.

Each state has its own procedures, making it slightly more complicated to put a car on the lines of the state.

why not complete the course and send the car to England / crips he cannot get more screwed up can it / Get your stuff together and you sell the car to the other party / dance and all that first thing you know something is searched and everyone is beating

I think there should be a place on the support of a security that allows both you and the person you are signing over signing. That should be the only thing you have to do, but check with the local DMV?
