I sold my used car and want to write a simple sale contract with the buyer. Is there a site I can downloan the standard contract or agreement for the sale of used car?

I do not know of a website, however, just write a bill of sale. Include complete description of the car, including VIN. name of the buyer / seller and the address, purchase price, sale date, any disclosures concerning trademarks title. The most important document that you want to file the report of sale the seller or affidavit of sale, whatever your state calls the form. This document will be protected if the buyer did not transfer ownership, and the car is involved in something illegal, or is abandonded. Absolutely, very important!
