Trust Bankruptcy

I am filling out the form c. 1041 7 bankruptcy estate if the accompanying 1040 to be with my SS # or ID assigned to the trust? Bankruptcy was created in 1999, I won a prize in the court in 2005, there were legal and accounting fees and a huge tax liability. But I need to know how to include the money I lost on the project itself.

The 1040 should be a SSN.

Is this the form ask the estate or the ID of the SS? You should probably consult someone familiar with preparing Form 1041.
