Texas Probate Forms

I know this can be done and I have some forms but I do not know the ones I need

Unfortunately, a will is not as easy as filling out some forms pre-printed. It does not work like that. Are you sure you will still be good for your situation? Have you considered probate as muniment title or filing a small estate affidavit as an alternative?

There are no forms will. Each case may require different documents depending on the particular facts of the case. If you do not know what documents you need or you do not understand how to adapt the documents you have, then it is likely that you need the advice of counsel.
