Texas Child Abuse

"Education may well be the companion that allows a person to identify and break the link between child abuse and domestic violence.

According to the Office of Health and Social Services Commonwealth of Massachusetts (EOHHS), there is a link between child abuse and domestic violence, "often in the same family." Anyone suspecting child abuse in a home required by the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS) to the report if the abuse is based on child abuse or child neglect.
