Where can I download the New Testament in Word? I did it and Metacrawler Yahoo Answer Search too. The problem is the word (software) Word. I want to do an indexed version of it. (If it does not exist yet). A book without an index is a nonsense in the 21st century. I think many people leave the religion because it failed to modernize. I want English, French and Spanish.
Try searching with the keywords ..
Project Gutenberg New Testament
babelfish.yahoo.com then use to translate the document ..
I did not find the text of the Gutenberg project so I used Babelfish to translate the French word Gospel is the Gospel. Now, I'll find what I want. Babelfish is like a dictionary. It is OK for simple words, but for all the texts needed working man to give a correct text. Report Abuse
There are several versions in each language. There are editions of Catholics and Protestants. Which do you want?
For example, in English there are: New International Version, Revised Standard Version, King James's version, etc.
Before going further, do you know that there is a free software Bible index and search capability on the web? I downloaded a few years a little earlier.
Just Google and the search for Bible software. Add "free" if you want the free.
http://www.biblegateway.com/
(In the index, search capabilities, multi-version, multi-lingual)
http://www.bible-explorer.com/
Etc.
And if you really want the Bible Word documents, go to Google and search for "Word document Bible"! I found some useful links. But please be careful because 1) you can inadvertently change the Word document, and 2) Word documents or HTML may not be available in all versions of the Bible right.
