I sell a house by a deed of trust they have failed, it destroyed my house How do I get out? Still struggling with this crazy lady now she has problems with a number of things and say I misled into buying the house I sold it and says it my fault she can sue me things it has problems, she was the one who messed up
same as the banks - and if the act is already in its name, you must lock on it. If the act is still in your name, then you do an eviction notice in which you specify the cause and the cancellation of the purchase contract.
Anyway - I see a real estate attorney and fast.
Are you still selling it? Or is it already own it?
No, you must wait until the process is complete and you act on your behalf ..
