Sample Power Of Attorney Letter

My dad now lives in Europe and has a land and a shop in India .. And he gave it to his cousin in 2006. He wants to write a power lawyer .. I need help writing a letter .. Please help me. If u can please me gice letter template!

You need a lawyer to write and he can not be written by an individual.

Here is a link to a general power of attorney form. But if your needs are more specific, you can probably find something better suited. Just Google "power" for other forms general or specific, or more information on the proxy.
