Dominic Osborne, born April 1, 1994 and his brother Craig tadachi born December 16th 2002
they were placed in foster care in West Sacramento, CA, we are trying to contact them, they're our children and we mean that we have never forgotten and I love them
still any help we can get to have some contact with them, we are grateful

Social Workers in England are usually spend on things like birthday cards, letters were read, etc. without disclosing the actual place a child in care. Our SS Depts do not deprive children of all knowledge of their family life unless it is likely to put them at risk.
So, have you tried to contact the social workers involved in the care order?
