How long does it take to get a silent act? not an act an act of renunciation for a quiet title authorized
I am not a lawyer. I am not a broker or commercial real estate.
You may be referring to a "Quiet title action", is not it?
If that is the problem, there is no delay. It is a question of getting the bits that were originally loose, tight and well in its skin.
Title issues may start when the title has been searched, something as simple as paying out a loan or a mortgage has been terminated by the Company as indeed fraud and deceit by one of the parties involved in the transaction. It is very complex, time consuming and can be extremely costly.
Many buyers think title insurance is not required. Believe me, nothing lice-up for a sale or a regulation / / closing escrow more when the buyer becomes a seller and the buyer is now the seller had no title company insurance to search for a good title when the buyer originally purchased the property. Result: no title insurance and the problem has been allowed to continue. Title insurance is a small investment for a lot of peace of mind.
Occasions at least 2 or 3 different from what has happened to us. What happened? Due to the fact there is some language in our agreement of sale, and we ordered a title search for each property, every time we moved away from the transaction and our money was returned.

really depends on the circumstances. You should consult a real estate attorney to handle that. He should be able to give you a better idea of how long it takes.
It simply depends on what the cloud to the act was caused by. Talk to the title company or talk to a "real estate" attorney. I insist on "real estate" because just because they are a lawyer does not make much real estate issues.
No, there is no specific deadline for obtaining a measure subsided. There may be situations where a person died or is unable to achieve to meet the clouds. In the case of the VA for a buyer probably got a previous VA loan mortgage and something appeared that the VA has not or has not been able to provide the guarantee of VA. These situations may go unanswered or they can be easily manipulated. I would like to ask the title company and see if you can find out what the cloud is all about, sometimes these things can be found on the site property appraiser. Here in Marion County in Florida, we can find a lot of articles either on the Marion County site owned by the assessor or the clerk of the Circuit Court, also we c.
