I am free inventor green energy machines, there is a "multi-Hydro Turbine powerful engine (MHTPD). I got your help and recommended contacting my patent attorney, she says it's good and interesting new production of electricity to the grid, helping people and the world, but for me it is too expensive to obtain patent licenses 20 years standing, even to make a sample for testing on the ground. Free energy? You mean like "zero point" energy?

Do not waste time with people. Seriously. Each machine overunity never "invented" has been shown that this is a scam pure and simple or an honest mistake. The 1000 LUTEC should be published four years ago, and they are always looking for investors (and they do not even have a working prototype). Most people think they are crooks.

The DOE does not verify certificates. You'll probably have to build your own prototype, and present it to investors. Maybe then you can get venture capital and get a full patent.

Contact your Senator and / or Congress. I have a provisional patent application for the weight of automobiles. My company has met my two Congress and Senator separately. Send a simple letter requesting a meeting, explaining what your patent is and how it will particularly help the cause. Tell your Congress people that you have done your part, and you are looking for help to move to the next step. Good luck.
