What is the power of attorney paperwork cost? Generally how much does it cost to get the full power and durable medical power of attorney paperwork? I have no assurance of legal protection or something as it would be completely out of pocket. I live in central PA, if it is useful.
A proxy is a bill that limited the amount of the transaction by a person appointed by you. You can download this form from the Internet. The most important thing is to get the notarized. Any bank, a hospital or a recognized institution of this letter.
It depends on what you are given proxy? Remember to be specific in the letter.
You can also buy it from any stationery store like Office Max, Office Depot, Staples, etc.. Approximately $ 10.00.
If you can make your own based on a good (or little) on the Internet, or someone who has one you can write it yourself and do it notarized. I made my own limited power of attorney and all it cost me a little time and was $ 5 to get it notarized. It was legal and recognized by banks and the federal government.
