I'm really hurt someone can help the story? Why is the government gives the patent, which is required to qualify for a patent, how inventors file for one and that the rights of a number of patents issued.
A patent is essentially a government granted monopoly to a person or an organization to have the exclusive ownership of a product or idea.
It is given to foster innovation. Think about it, if you spend billions of dollars researching a new drug and once you do, everyone just copies and you do not pay, you will never try a new drug again. The patent allows you to benefit off of your hard work and reinvesting in the future to create new products.
An inventor must file with the U.S. Patent Office:

Simply search the history of patent law. I think if you do it yourself, it will stay with you longer and better.
