Partnership Agreement? What if nothing was put to the agreement on how the signatory will be compensated? For example, if the signer has the right to any wages?
You can then be screwed, lol.
This is the problem with written agreements, they limit the options.
I am not a lawyer, but I know that some things can be agreed orally, only a consequence of an agreement.
You order a hamburger, it is implied that you will pay for it.
But if you put the order in writing, and the other party is committed to deliver 100 hamburgers, and the price is not in the document, just perhaps the right to get free.
Normally, a contract must indicate some form of monetary value, some contracts are often state, "in exchange for a" dollar, or property.
Have you had an implicit agreement that is verifiable by witnesses?
You normally have three days following the signing of breaking a contract, legally, without penalty ..
If it is a big problem, I would say a real lawyer for advice.
no agreement re ... or go to speak to an accountant to better understand what is necessary to write
It is difficult for an accountant to decipher how payment will be processed, but
filtrates usually money to the individual to be reported on his income tax. Look partnership law in the codes of the IRS. " If no amount is defined as the gain is generally not
still uniformly distributed. Or you could just get some income for all.
you need everything you can possibly put in the agreement or you have problems and the agreement will be essentially worthless
