How are you opening your own business? Would you like to try for a grant? IM planning on taking a business class and then opening the mine.
What is the monthly cost normally rent space for your business? id appreciate any answers as how im planning to do my small business management major.
make a business plan. :)
There are very, very few grants available for start-ups. In fact, I am not aware of any that are currently available.
The rent depends entirely on the location and amount of space for the company. For example, many malls rent to people who just want to have a booth, and the rent for such an undertaking will be much, much lower than the rent for a multi-story anchor store space. And even then, most lease can be negotiated. Many businesses lease space in a warehouse or a business center, and again, the rent varies depending on the location and amount of space and how much the tenant or his representative is to negotiate things.
You should follow your own answer. First, decide what type of business you go into. Then you need to know how much space you need, and where. For example, I own a used books store, and part of the reason I am where I am located because the area is a little outdated, and if the rent is low. I need lots of space because my merchandise is large, and my customers need space to browse the shelves.
I have income generating projects such as room decoration, jewelery, bags, art, nursery. After a week of training before, I plan on 03.10.2010 to take a business class on making candles and start my own. the rent for the home business is $ 60. In other words, I think these companies will make me a role model in my country and worldwide.
