Oklahoma Name Change

I would like to change my name legally over, for personal reasons. There are, however, a collection agency to collect all my paychecks. Of course, I'm not trying to change my name to escape, however, I wanted to know what the law says about my situation, as the obligation to notify the collection agency, and whether and how it will affect the name change procedures.
