Nashville, TN is home to many things including music, sports, museums and fine restaurants. There is also a growing number of owners. The skyline of all changes is evidence that people are willing to work and play downtown. Investors are also taking note of this area and fight for the estate of choice for future expansion. An area called SoBro or South Broadway is considered the next hotspot for real estate development.
