Mva Bill Of Sale

I recently bought a 2010 Kawasaki Ninja 250R at a dealership in Pennsylvania. I paid in full at the dealership. I could not immediately register the bike because I work 9-5 weeks. So I finally trying to save my deed and said I financed the cost of the bike and the lunatics at the MVA White Oak in Maryland are confused by a title in Pennsylvania. All that sh * t is not a problem if I could communicate with the dealer unless the dealer has gone bankrupt and has no way for anyone to communicate with them or someone who works there. So I'm sitting here feeling very **** ed looking up more of notaries on my title and calling their phone at home! In fact, I'm through to one, but picked up her husband and has clearly not understood my situation, so it did not help me. Please, there must be some way that does not mean that I travel almost two hours in Pennsylvania while hoping that someone in the store. Or go to court to determine this.

How long did you take to get to the MVA? What is the MVA confused? What do you expect at the notary? What is the name of the dealer business?
