Posted on August 18, 2010.
Mn Health Care DirectiveCourt support question please?

Hello, I'm 16 years old and I have not hurt myself or others. my court social worker told me to take drugs when I was a little younger. I have never threatened either. my father wanted me to take drugs, but did not have jurisdiction, he ordered so I wonder if anyone could interpret it. and even if it is legal. MN is thanks.2 laws) the patient has no current capacity to consent to the administration of neuroleptics, but has developed a guideline for health care under chapter 145C or a declaration under Section 253B.03, 6d subdivision, seeking treatment or authorize an officer or agent seeking treatment and the agent or representative, has requested the treatment;

I can not find "section 2438.03 subdivision 6d, which is apparently a settlement and not a law. Your question is incorrect if you want to say that the incompetent person signed a directive that health care . You can not legally do so.

Your father or a health care provider may ask the court permission to allow the use of psychotropic drugs. It is not necessary to prove that you are dangerous, but only if you were competent, you accept the treatment.

As a minor, the only requirement is an applicant to show that it is in your interest.

16 You are. This is why you do not have the capacity to consent. Your father has requested that the directive is created.

Take your medication.
