How do I obtain a copy of health records rapid military? I try to go into the army, but I do not have my medical records because when I was released. I try to do so that I can get an exception to my previous discharge. Thus, I can go into the army.
Firstly, there is no quick way. But the good news is that there is a way; 1-800-827-1000 VA. Ask the appropriate forms to get your military medical records. It may still be on Form 180, Request on military documents.
An easier and probably faster is to go to the Office of Veterans Administration and request forms. Also ask to see a VA representative who can explain the process for you.
If you have everything you need with you, they may be willing to help you complete the form and send it to those concerned. You must have all available information, such as your output files, and any other document that you can take with you when leaving.
For example, you will need to write your medical history as the best and brightest, you can everything in the military, the times, an illness or problem, salaries and so on. Take with you in VA.
However, get help. If you're in the Bay of San Francisco, Swords to Plowshares call 415-252-4788. If you are elsewhere in the country, finding a lawyer, like swords, which is national, as disabled American veterans, www.dav.org, 1-877-426-2838.
Good Luck
Contact your old AC unit and knowledge. It must be somewhere with your file 201. Im sure they will be able to find it. And if you come back, and make three copies of everything for your records. Thats what my husband does.
where you were last posted ie your last battalion HQ or mod in glasgo have records of all military past 22 years
If you were in the army once, then you know there is no quick way to do
