Concerned about my ability to return to the front? I'm currently on the market for a new vehicle and I signed a contract to purchase and sale of a car and signed a loan application to date. The broker uses some questionable practices like almost force me to take the car before the financing was approved that is making me uncomfortable with the agreement altogether. I gave a small deposit. I have not registered or insured or new vehicle left the lot yet. I still have my job I am in deep or can I save with just the deposit to lose? Thank you pour votre aide. - Eric I'm in Massachusetts if that helps ...! Eric thank you again worried: - /
If you feel uncomfortable, you can just go back. You have not signed a contract with a bank yet, or sign the document of MV, there is no agreement. You can walk away if you are uncomfortable at this stage and should receive your deposit. The dealer can give you a hard time about the deposit, but they have no right under the law to keep.
best.
Beware! This is one of the best "high pressure" sales tactics, which in most states is illegal or at least subject to review Attorney General! These contracts contain a lot of fine print which most people just sign, but do not read! I would expect the decision on funding to see if you're approved. At the same time, call a local attorney for legal advice applicable to this site would be generic, at best, anyway!
I do not know the laws there, but when I drove a car and did a lot, I only had to pay 75 dollars because I took it home and I had seven days to my mind when I tell you, yes you are aloud to withdraw from the transaction, because it is still there and just because you signed the papers they can not make you understand that you are authorized to change advice and so on are supposed to give your money unless they charge you for the small amount of paper work, but because I do not know your laws, you need to consult a lawyer, then return for the concession and be firm and tell him you do not want the car and you want your money back and make sure you read everything and take a recorder and let him know you are recording the conversation and whether disagree, you simply need to strip and then tell him you can talk to my lawyer, but by all means do not take this car on the ground and if you jnow that the finance company is to call them and say you do not take the loan and make sure write-everythings, please try not follow my advice and make sure you do not take this car any taping, read and understand everything, that everything returns to writing, take someone with you who can help and be a witness, and to consult a lawyer please. My prayers are with you oh yes do not mean that I do not believe everything you're told and if you decide to take your own car mechinc to look over and not down, they know how to work a person
