Is there a way to create a living trust association without legal counsel. Living forms are copied Trust legal? The State of California forms provide living trust? Why should I pay for a lawyer to complete fool of standard forms?
I'm with you on this one, but it really depends on who you ask ...

"Presumably, the payment of $ 1,000 or more for the assistance of a professional means you'll receive good value - you get what you pay for, right? Maybe not. If you're willing to invest a few hours of your time using a high quality self-help resources, you can end up with a better result that you want to achieve with many lawyers. "
"Companies Non-lawyer living trust (commonly known plants of trust by lawyers who hate their competitors) are typically a few hundred dollars cheaper than lawyers."
"If you're ready to do it yourself with a self-help aid such as those offered by Nolo and other publishers, it will cost you about $ 30 for a book or $ 50 for software."
Words of warning monopoly conglomerate known as the State Bar of California:
"A qualified estate planning lawyer can help you prepare your living trust and a will and other estate planning documents.
"While other professionals and business representatives may be involved in planning your estate, a living trust is a legal document, which should be prepared by a qualified lawyer."
"Consult a lawyer or other financial advisor who is knowledgeable in estate planning, and is not trying to sell a product that may be unnecessary, before considering a living trust or other estate or a financial planning document or service. "

Get a kit bottom clips. its $ 35 I think. You still have the file in the office of County Register-Recorder for whatever their fee is. they do not care if the pages are copied. what they do is care about your identity, that information is accurate, and the pages are notarized if necessary.
And there is no such thing as a standard form which is why even if you complete the form staples, it can not hurt to pay a lawyer to review after you've done most of the work. it may be cheaper, but still safely in the medium term.
Good luck!
