Can a marriage contract lawdepot.com valid? I'm getting married tomorrow. We both agreed that we sign a prenupt, but the lawyer who was to have this ready for us fell through. We do not want to postpone the ceremony. If I create a marriage contract on lawdepot.com and both of us sign it before tomorrow's ceremony that will be valid.
I am not trying to be pessimistic, I expect my marriage forever, but we want to be protected.
Please advise, especially if you have experience.
A paper towel, signed would be legal, assuming you had it notarized, and signed by two witnesses in this regard as well. Thus, whatever use you deem necessary paperwork, and make sure you have clearly seen and notarized. You can also organize the wedding ceremony, as expected, but not sign or file the marriage certificate until you have a marriage contract in place.
If you do exactly as the site says, for example to have the deed, etc., then yes, it would be legal and binding.
All that will be valid, must have two witnesses, if possible, and have notarized
as u two the sign, but go to a notary and sign in front of them, it will be mandatory from your isn't this proxy. Congratulations ...
there is not legal until you get notorsed
