Where can I go online to search for two acts / property? I went 2 the acts of the register in Knox County Tn.
Now I want 2 look in Anderson County, Grainger County & Blaine, Tn and so on. Is there a place online to find these counties TN. Or find the number (s) for the 2 calls?
Even if they are online I would still suggest going to the courthouse. You can not expect everything to be updated online. A problem you may encounter is one person buys property deed is in their name. A single person gets married, in most or all States spouse automatically becomes the owner of equality without any updates to be done. Even if the performance measure of a person both have equal rights as long as they have this marriage license. With the document you need to check the files for things like that.
The property may also move more quickly and was recorded by the courthouse. With the courthouse you need to check the local title companies. Looking online and get just what you saw.
A person may sell the property to five different people and if they do not check every case and the seller is the case in short time many people could get screwed.
Use a title company and buy insurance under
Google's Registrar "courts" or "Registrar of the act" for each county. Most counties have this information more available online.
