If you find your employee is performing poorly or below standard, this plan of action you can take for non-performance? You can issue a notice, asking him to improve his work performance or issue a letter of termination of employment on return.

There are several reasons why employees are dismissed from active service of the company or organization:

aec Redundancy

If the employer believes none of these negative points with the employee, he may issue letters of termination appropriate action against the employee. But it is also important to note that there are different factors that may affect the employer for dismissal of employees:

If the worker is on probation, then the letter of dismissal must show his poor work performance, which prompted his dismissal.

The employee must also be allowed to use the rights of an employee of appeal and the letter should inform the procedure and the appeal process and timetable, in which the appeal must be made against the dismissal.

The letter must be signed and dated by the employer, asking workers to sign and return the receipt of the letter, including the attachment to the letter.

The attachment may include a copy of the agreement hiring company policies, and any other document showing the legal procedure followed by the employer to dismiss the employee.
