Interspousal Grant Deed

Posted on August 11, 2010.
Interspousal Grant DeedWhat is a transfer between spouses grant deed?

Is this a grant deed transfers between spouses withdraw his right to future ownership of the community? (California) The grant spousal act expressly states:

It is the express intention of the grantor, being the spouse of the beneficiary to assign all rights, title and interest of the client, community or not, in and on property described as beneficial to its unique and distinctive property.

It resembles a specific party waives any right of ownership of the Community to another, as regards the property in question, now and in the future. (Assuming this is a non-divorce). Is this a way to make a mid-marriage?

Such an act could take a number of forms, including the total alienation in your text. But you can also transfer a partial interest (for example, half interest) to a partner to develop the property as a property of the Community if it has not already done so. (I did it myself.) The trick is to decide what you want to accomplish, and then do the paperwork.
