My mother lives seniors in NSW, but is very close to the border state of Qld. In an emergency, it is possible that it would be brought to the hospital Qld. The bank branch is located in Queensland, but domiciled in Vic. Is a NSW Enduring Power of Attorney and Guardianship be recognized in NSW, Queensland and Vic?
