Employing Casual Staff

Hi I am currently creating a club after school and I have some concerns regarding the use of casual staff. Leaders play will be myself and a colleague, which means by law, we can control up to 16 children. What happens if say 3 days a week, our numbers go above 16? I know another member of staff should be present, but that person may be casual staff and be paid in cash on hand or do they have to go on a roll PAY? Any other tips for creating an after-school club would be appreciated! Thank you

You must meet the ratio and by the sounds of things it's 1:08 so if you are over 16 children then u need another staff, but they need to be registered, because if the authorities come and see if you law-abiding and you fail, you can be fined.
