Employ Letter

Posted on May 30, 2010.
Employ LetterHow do I write a letter of recommendation for employment?

I mean what is the main content of these types of letters. Also, what are the main issues I have mentioned? Also, are there special forms for these kinds of letters?

Hello
The reference should be on how the employee worked for you and what are the qualities that you feel the employee best displayed in the work environment
Topics could be:
Hold time
Willingness to accept work
Ability to react to changes at work
Contribution to the work environment (an idiot or think in the future)
Ways - the behavior, courtesy
Ability to work at different levels of employment and how they worked with colleagues.
Would they work to complete a project.
And generally what kind of person they were like.

Be honest and factual try to highlight the positive. If you want to refer to a bad point to say "this person is capable of" which means they could, but they didn't.

Hope this helps.

Basically, you write about their work performance sound, and a bit of his personal character. Example, he or she has done to your business? Does it work directly for or with you? How long have you known this person? What "positive" qualities and traits that you saw? Do you think he or she would make a valuable addition to another company, and if so, why?

And a good suggestion is that if you do not know what to write, you can always ask that person for ideas about what he or she would say. If you feel comfortable with that, then do it in your own words.

But he is essentially writing something "short and sweet" on how you know this person, and why you feel he or she would make a good employee.
