Opening a company in Delaware LLC? Hi, I work for a real estate agency in Spain to deal with U.S. banks we need to open an office in Delaware. I had all the information on integration, but I was hoping that someone who has done this before could give me some advice. In addition to the certificate of training form a Limited Liability Company, I wondered what I would have to fill and send. Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated as most places that deal with this on the Internet are always trying to sell something. Thank you.
To form an LLC in Delaware, you must file the certificate of training. You will also need to appoint an agent for service of process. You may want to consider using CT Corp. or another service, because it must be an address in Delaware.
It's everything you need filed. You also need an operating agreement governing your single LLC.
Honestly, my advice to you is to use CT Corp. or other filing service. That's what law firms and large corporations use and I find their excellent work. You do not complete. You could simply place your license directly with the state to find a single operating agreement and find someone to serve as agent for service of process and you would be in terms of training.
Good luck. Search using www.yahoo.com / search
