Kenya Wedding Weddings in exotic locations are becoming increasingly popular. Kenya is now one of the places of the top wedding. The beauty of Kenya is that it offers diversity. You could also have a safari honeymoon in Kenya later. Below is the documentation you will need before the wedding.
A full birth certificate.
A valid passport.
A tourist Kenya valid license obtained either side of the Kenyan Commission or upon arrival.
An affidavit stating single status authorized by a notary or solicitor declaring eligibility for marriage. A handwritten statement will not be accepted.
If the divorce, you must present a decree of Absolute have been referred by courts.
If a widowed spouse's death certificate and previous marriage certificate must be presented.
If you have changed your name by deed to vote or you were adapted, proof of that need to be presented after being authenticated by a notary or a lawyer.
If any of you are under 21, you will need written permission from your parents or guardians in the form of an affidavit authorized by a notary or a lawyer
When you have these documents, you will need to file a notice of marriage at Sheria House. There is a wait of 21 days your marriage license. If you are not able to wait that long, you can request a special permit.
On the wedding day, you will need two witnesses if you do register. If you chose to do otherwise, you will need a special license and two witnesses must be present throughout the ceremony.
