Death Intestate

Posted on June 10, 2010.
Death IntestateDeath Intestate - How long does the procedure take and what happens to property, etc.?

Looking for relatives, what happens to property if the person died five years ago, is left empty, which is the procedure and how long it will take deer. So how long the insurance company take to resolve if they insure themselves against the others to come.

When a person died intestate Authority step-in and keep track of the next-kins of the lease. They have up to 7 years to do otherwise the money will be transferred to the State. Same goes for insurance.

Thats called probate.Do a quick search as possible for the government seems to be hungry all the time.
