Daycare Business Plan

i;'ll start a nursery and do a business plan currently in the operating section, what should I write? I have everything but hte operational section is empty .. can u help me?

Send the children of parents' cars or the bus to the playground
nap area or toilet or wheeever they begin their day with you.

IF you have employees to ensure they are there
and both understand their work and are performing well.
