Connecticut Power Of Attorney

I looked online and every time I think I found a free, it appears that there is a load (latest legacywriter was, I thought it was free until I fill in all fields and begin the checkout!) Can anyone suggest a site with a form for free download, and does it need to be specific to the State of Connecticut, as some sites offer? Thank you for any help.
