Collin County Deed

Posted on May 30, 2010.
Collin County DeedI think my property has been stolen, please help!?

I have a property in Collin County has been vacant since 12/2008. I was turned on and off of rental ads on CL for my property. I am also in the process of loan modification. Last week, my neighbor called me and said it seemed that someone came into my house, garage shut designated days, the lights at night, etc. They are new landscape gone and asked him what was happening and was informed by the lady she had bought the house from foreclosure. I called my bank again, I had just spoken to a few days before and check with them. My loan modification is still underway and there is no predatory activity in progress. I called my HOA to check and they confirmed that my name is still the owner of the property. I checked the county assessment and confirmed that my name is still on the deed. So I called the police and the gendarme and tips on how to serve them a notice three days, then file an application for eviction "JOHN / Jane Doe" because we do not know these people, we don 'have no information, no lease whatesoever. I find it weird because these people are trespassing and broke into and lives in my house I went to my site and county as they have a property alert fraud for owners whose property is vacant or for sale or lease. There were apparently circulating crooks selling or leasing vacant units which is not even theirs!
My question is, if I put a three days' notice to move and tenant "is not happy about it, and decide on the house or go out with all appliances, etc. (which can) what can I do ? Or is there a way for me to stop them?
All advice is appreciated.

You should not have to go through the eviction process for someone who has never had permission to be there. If they never had permission to enter, then they are trespassing and must be pursued! The police are not doing their job if they will not remove them.

You need to go change the locks ASAP! See if you can get a police officer or sheriff to go with you and show a copy of your deed.

I would call a lawyer ASAP. They are not going to believe when you serve the notice expel three days, in their minds, they bought a home legitimate.

It seems that the cops will not do anything without the advice expel three days, I'd go ahead and serve. The question on the place that you should or should not really matter. It will take more time fighting with the cops, then it will serve the notice. I doubt they will do something at home as they will not believe you and figure you're the one trying to scam. You can post a notice of the fraud alert property, perhaps they will be a little more understanding.

Be patient with them and do not let your torch in anger, they will probably yell at you and tell you to get off their property. People do not admit they are wrong, especially when the discovery of the house they just bought is not theirs. If it was on the improvements and added value of the house thought to offer to reimburse some costs.

Do not expect to be within 3 days. This is likely to finish before the courts. treat them as you would with anyone out there legitimately lease make this all sorted. ask your lawyer contact. Try not to drive too.

It's a bad situation on both sides of the fence. just be patient and do not get to shit. you want them to work with you. Be understanding and friendly.

All this is assuming that they feel ownership of the house. if its someone trying to pull a fast one for you, or the creation of a meth lab or something like that, which will be different. However, since they are landscaping, it seems that people have probably decent shock o.
