California Limited Power Of Attorney

Posted on May 29, 2010.
California Limited Power Of AttorneyI lost my car title issued CN. Can I get the California DMV to issue a new title to me?

I no longer live in NC. We moved to CA and we really need to get a title. We leave the country in four weeks and my only options are to give to someone in nc power of attorney limited to obtain a fast or I can see if I can get one from CA.

I doubt that California issues a title for your car since you bought it in North Carolina. When you move from one state to another as you walk with you. You get a licensed new car, new drivers license, and keep your old title. A buyer of your car in California have a new title in California.

Just call the office in North Carolina and bring them to mail you a

Nope you must have the title of NC to get one in CA. States generally do not share information titration essentially the same reason, if you have a CDL now you can not get another in a different state. Too much space FRO fraud.

California does not issue a CA until the NC is replaced, however they will go through the paperwork with the DMV NC.

Go to the DMV and ask CA. I did it with two vehicles that have shown in my shop and people left it there over a year if mine is when the storage cost exceeds the cost of the car.
But I had to leave the state for the title. VDD OM has been very helpful.
