Bill Of Sale Form

Tomorrow, I meet with someone to buy their car for my car, and an additional $ 3,800 from me. We intend to write the bill of sale forms until my title is in the mail Friday. I was wondering if there is a bill of sale form there which includes partial trade, or if there is a way to integrate it into an ordinary bill of sale forms.

No, it is not a specialized form to cover the case you describe above. I would use two bills of sale. A cover your selling your vehicle to another party (if I was the other party and I insist on it) and a second bill of sale of the other part of you, listing consideration (purchase price) of your car with full legal description of the pink sheet and also in the list additional $ 3,800 in cash.
