How can we remove "illegal" (?) Act of the Texas House? Grandmother died at 99yo in '07. My mother's house Legacy hereby transferred to its name in 2000. bro mama comes after Gramma died and files formalities on behalf of county girls. Bexar County (San Antonio), any person may file a notice on a house at any time. Lawyers think that is the bazaar, but have little or no guidance. WTF? How is this possible? How can this be legal? I do not understand ... what I miss here?
The only advice I can give you is to find a lawyer who specializes in property law. Most attorneys general practices and physicians as are great, but thats not a specialist awesome. Texas is a country within a state. They often make their own rules and you have to live by them. I hate Texas for this reason, and would never live there because of it. Or maybe I'll go there and file a note with the house everyone in the state and the rule of the entire state how I want .... lol. Sorry you have trouble. Find a lawyer and see what he says.
When grandmother died, which made her say? Is there a will? Have to say the will of the house just went to your mother? Did he leave all the children's grandmother?
Of course, your uncle may file a complaint to stop saying that acknowledges all the rights he has at home with his daughter - but that does not mean he has every right at home. I can give you a piece of paper that says I give you all the rights I have at the Alamo. (I did not.)
When the day comes to sell the house, someone will have to prove they own the house.
He's right, anyone can file a claim deed quit any time, but not a guarantee act unless they have the title. diff in the Great .. two
An act of renunciation said only that he waives any right to the property to the girl ... A warranty deed actually gives it a guarantee that the property is his.
Mom just needs to take the file will. present evidence or that the unit was inherited by her .. death cert.
Please send the type of act gave to the girl.
Edit: why not do a title search?? Then everyone knows what the deal is ..
If you see a lawyer who does not know what the law, then you must find another ... a real estate lawyer who knows what they are doing.
No, it is not legal and some $ 9.00 an hour worker Court is the management of their mouth anything that is 100% incorrect.
